Who we are and what this website does

burgascarhire.com is a car hire comparison website operated by Burgas Car Hire. We show live availability and prices from car rental suppliers serving Burgas and Burgas Airport, and we pass you to the supplier to complete a booking.

We are not a car rental company. We do not own vehicles, staff a rental desk, or hand over keys.

Your rental contract is with the supplier

When you book, the contract for the vehicle is between you and the rental supplier. Their terms govern the deposit, the excess, the fuel policy, the mileage allowance, additional drivers, and what happens in the event of damage.

Read those terms before you confirm. They vary between suppliers on the same lot, and they, not this website, decide what you owe.

We take no payment and hold no deposit

No money is charged by us at any point. We do not process card details, we do not block a deposit, and we do not add a booking fee to the price you see. Payment and any deposit arrangement happen with the supplier.

Prices, availability and accuracy

Prices and availability come from the suppliers and change frequently. A car shown as available may be taken between your search and your booking, and a rate may change with demand or season.

We make reasonable efforts to display current information but cannot guarantee that every price or vehicle detail is accurate at the moment you read it. The price and terms shown by the supplier at the point of booking are the ones that apply.

What you are responsible for before booking

You are responsible for holding a valid driving licence for the vehicle class, for meeting the supplier's minimum age and licence-held requirements, and for presenting the payment card in the main driver's name at pickup.

If any of these is uncertain, confirm it with the supplier in writing before you travel. A refused pickup is a matter between you and the supplier.

Acceptable use of this site

You may use this website to search for and compare car hire. You may not scrape it at scale, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to break any applicable law.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, images and design of this website belong to Burgas Car Hire unless stated otherwise. Vehicle images and supplier names remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to other websites

Completing a booking takes you to a supplier or partner website. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from a rental contract you enter into with a supplier, from a supplier's performance or refusal to perform, or from your use of information on this site.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to the service and to these terms

We may change the website or these terms. The current version is always the one published here, with the date at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment. Where you have consumer rights under the law of your own country of residence, those rights are unaffected.
